At the S.O.N.S. of Phoenix, our After School Program is a dynamic space where Baltimore’s youth are empowered to learn, create, and lead. • Phoenix Rising: Youth Harm Reduction and Prevention Program — Equipping youth with knowledge and tools to make healthy, safe choices.

• Gang Prevention — Offering mentorship, education, and community involvement to break cycles of violence.
