At the S.O.N.S. of Phoenix, our Youth Harm Reduction program supports young people with the tools, knowledge, and care they need to stay safe and take control of their lives. We provide nonjudgmental guidance, education on substance use and sexual health, access to safe supplies, and trusted peer support. We meet youth where they are—building trust, fostering accountability, and showing that their choices matter. At the S.O.N.S. of Phoenix, we believe safety is the first step toward change.

At the S.O.N.S. of Phoenix, our outreach teams are the heartbeat of our Harm Reduction mission—showing up daily for those most at risk. We go directly into the community to provide clean supplies, naloxone, health education, crisis response, and referrals to treatment and housing. We build trust through consistency and compassion, never asking people to be perfect—only to stay alive and stay connected. At the S.O.N.S. of Phoenix, we don’t turn our backs—we reach out.
