Fresh Start offers justice-involved adults a pathway to sustainable employment and economic independence. We focus on skill-building, career planning, and confidence restoration through resume development, mock interviews, workplace behavior training, and industry-aligned certifications. We understand the challenges of reentry and provide the support and tools needed to secure meaningful work and build a new future.
