At S.O.N.S. of Phoenix, we believe that every person deserves a second chance—and the support to make it count. Our Re-Entry Support Program is designed to help youth and young adults transition successfully back into their communities after incarceration, probation, or system involvement.

We provide personalized case coordination, mentorship, job readiness training, and life skills development to reduce recidivism and promote long-term stability. Through trauma-informed care and community partnerships, we help participants overcome barriers, reclaim their future, and lead empowered, purpose-driven lives.
